Robert Lavezzo, custom metal fabrication artisan and owner of Lavezzo Designs, transforms metal into distinctive furniture and architectural elements for high-end design firms.

Lavezzo Designs has over 20 years of success working with in-demand designers in the San Francisco Bay Area – realizing their vision using his master-level expertise in all types of metal and finishes using his skills gained in a lifetime of working in metal.

While in the Bay Area, he enjoyed working with select designers, year after year, on many different projects. This repeat business speaks to his reliability and integrity as well as his ability to transform ideas into reality. Each piece he creates is unique and often requires ingenuity and a deep understand of the materials to serve the designer’s vision.

His knowledge of metals and his love of design had led to many collaborations with designers and other craftspeople to create objects of beauty and function in many different styles.

Drawn to the expansive skies and beauty of Northern New Mexico, Robert has recently relocated to Abiquiu, moving Lavezzo Designs into a spacious, new studio along the banks of the Chama River.

Robert looks forward to working with local designers to deliver exceptional metal craftsmanship for unique homes.
